روشنایی محیط های اداری:

مکان هایی نظیر ساختمان اداری باید پارامترهای متعددی در نظر گرفت. حس بینایی یکی از مهمترین حس های انسان است و در محیط کار، این حس بیشتر از هر چیز دیگری اهمیت می یابد. در نتیجه طراحی روشنایی مناسب در محیط کار بیش از هر جای دیگری اهمیت دارد چرا که امروزه قسمت عمده ای از ساعات زندگی افراد در محل کار آنها سپری می شود.

تحقیقات و بررسی ها نشان می دهد که رابطه مستقیمی بین کیفیت روشنایی و میزان کارایی افراد وجود دارد که به همین میزان نیز، روشنایی نامطلوب می تواند باعث ایجاد خستگی در کارکنان شود و خواب آلودگی را افزایش داده و منجر به کاهش راندمان آنها شود.
نورپردازی دفاتر اداری، گذشته از کاربردهای عملی، ابزار تبلیغ نمایش و موقعیت شرکت به عموم است، که باید در انتخاب نور چراغ و نحوه نورپردازی به این موضوع توجه شود

امروزه با توجه به اینکه در دفاتر کار ، اغلب از کامپیوتر استفاده می شود موضوع طراحی روشنایی اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می کند بنابراین در طراحی روشنایی، تامین روشنایی مورد نیاز به تنهایی کافی نیست و پارامترهای کیفی دیگری نظیر محدود کردن خیرگی مستقیم و انعکاس یافته، و توزیع مناسب درخشندگی و… اهمیت می یابد.

همچنین برای داشتن روشنایی مناسب و با کیفیت در محیط های اداری بهتر است به نکات زیر توجه شود:

الف) شاخص نمود رنگ در محیط های اداری باید بالاتر از ۸۰ درصد باشد. بنابراین استفاده ازلامپهای هایفلورسنت معمولی با نمود رنگ بین ۵۰ تا ۷۰ درصد با استاندارد های امروز همخوانی ندارد.
ب) دمای رنگ مناسب برای اغلب محیط های اداری 4000 کلوین است. در برخی موارد برای اینکه نور سفید در محیط وجود داشته باشد یک لامپ با دمای رنگ 3000 کلوین را در کنار یک لامپ با دمای رنگ ۶۵۰۰ کلوین نور روز(Day Light) قرار می دهند که این کار چندان صحیح نمی باشد چرا که اولاً به زیبایی محیط لطمه میزند ثانیا ترکیب رنگ مناسبی در محیط ایجاد نمی‌کند.
بنابراین روشنایی مناسب برای محیط اداری را می توان با استفاده از چراغ های با لامپ فلورسنت یا فلورسنت فشرده ( کم مصرف ) تامین نمود.

طبق استاندارد اختلاف بین شدت روشنایی متوسط ناحیه کار روی میز، سطح میز و محیط اطراف نباید اختلاف قابل ملاحظه وجود داشته باشد. استانداردی که برای روشنایی در محیط هایی که در آن ها صفحات نمایش دهنده(VDU) وجود دارد سه ناحیه را تعریف می‌کنند.
1- سطح کار (Work surface): بخشی از میز که کار اصلی در آن قسمت انجام می شود نظیر سطح ورقه روی میز.
2 – محدوده کار (Task Area): سطح میز کار فرد را شامل می شود.
-3 محدوده اتاق (Room Area): شامل محیط اطراف میز کار می شود.
برای داشتن آرامش بصری بهتر است درخشندگی هر ناحیه بیش از ۳ برابر درخشندگی ناحیه اطراف آن نباشد در غیر این صورت به دلیل وجود نقاطی با شدت روشنایی مختلف چشم زودتر خسته می شود و از سوی دیگر چنانچه محیط، کاملاً دارای درخشندگی یکسان باشد چشم احساس خستگی می کند.

در محیط ‌های کاری، محدود کردن خیرگی اهمیت بسیار زیادی پیدا می‌کند. خیرگی میتواند میزان آرامش بصری را کاهش داده و باعث خستگی زودرس و احساس عدم آرامش روانی شود همچنین می تواند به میزان زیادی دامنه دید انسان را کاهش داده وتوانایی کارهای بصری را کاهش دهد.
از آنجا که در محیط های اداری، علاوه بر سطح کار، لازم است دید خوبی نسبت به چهره افراد ،کمدها و قفسه های روی دیوار داشته باشیم لازم است شدت روشنایی درسطح های مختلف را حساب کنیم.
در بسیاری از موارد مشاهده می شود در اتاق هایی نظیر بایگانی ،کتابخانه و سایر فضاهایی که در آنها قفسه و کمد وجود دارد با اینکه روشنایی کافی بر روی سطح میز وجود دارد میزان روشنایی بر روی قفسه ها کافی نیست.

⦁ برای روشنایی عمومی اتاق از نور غیر مستقیم استفاده شود.
⦁ رنگ سطح مختلف اتاق به گونه ای انتخاب شود که ضرایب انعکاس مختلف برابر باشند با:
سقف ۷۰ درصد دیوارها ۵۰ درصد کف ۲۰ درصد
⦁ نسبت بین حداقل شدت روشنایی با مقدار متوسط بیش از ۶۷ درصد باشد.
در صورت وجود پنجره در دفاتر اداری باید به چند نکته توجه نمود:
الف) برای پخش شدن بیشترین نور درمحیط و وسعت آن، باید ارتفاع پنجره با ارتفاع سقف متناسب باشد. برای طبقات آخر ساختمانهای تک طبقه نورپردازی سقفی می تواند گزینه خوبی باشد.
ب) برای برقرار کردن ارتباط های دیداری و شنیداری با فضای خارج ،پنجره ها باید دارای ۳۰ تا ۵۰ درصد شیشه صاف باشند همچنین عبور نور باید به گونه ای باشد که ایجاد خیرگی نکند بدین منظور می توان از کرکره های افقی و عمودی برای کنترل نور بهره برد.
ج) پنجره های شمالی، خیرگی کمی تولید می کنند اما در پنجره های شرقی، غربی و جنوبی برای جلوگیری از نفوذ مستقیم نور خورشید باید از کرکره استفاده شود.

تقریباً از بسیاری جهات ملزومات طراحی روشنایی در محیط آموزشی همانند محیط اداری است. با این حال یک سری نکات به صورت خاص برای محیط آموزشی باید در نظر گرفته شود.

1- رنگ نور و نمود رنگ برای محیط های آموزشی نیز رنگ نورسفید سرد (در دمای رنگ ۴۰۰۰ کلوین) و حداقل نمود رنگ ۸۰ درصد باید استفاده شود. استفاده از رنگ نور های گرم باعث خواب آلودگی افراد شده و رنگ نور های سرد باعث خستگی اعصاب چشم میشود.
2- همانند روشنایی اداری باید به فاکتور خیرگی توجه شود.
3- شدت روشنایی در کلیه نقاط یک کلاس درس باید یکنواخت باشد و به هیچ وجه نباید برخی از نقاط کلاس درس (فضای دانش آموزان) روشن تر از نقاط دیگر باشد.
4- برای کاهش خیرگی بهتر است از چراغ های لوور دار استفاده شود.

3- مطابق عکس برای اینکه سطح تخته سیاه به طور مناسب روشن شود ،باید چراغ هایی با پخش نور نامتقارن (Wall washer)استفاده شود استفاده از چراغ با پخش نور متقارن به موازات تخته سیاه باعث می شود که بخشی از نور به جای اینکه به تخت سیاه بتابد به چشم افراد تابیده شود و به این ترتیب دید آنها را محدود نماید. همچنین قابل ذکر است معیار اصلی کیفیت آموزشی نور طبیعی است اما لازم است که نور طبیعی و نور مصنوعی به طور همزمان استفاده شود و در عین حال جهت کلاس به سمت شمال و جنوب بوده و از ورود اشعه مستقیم خورشید به درون اتاق ممانعت به عمل آید.
